I've seen that some poeple have been asking for help, especially when they're using the 8000 for the first time on a truck.

Sony has a service called TD-Net. It is a FREE service with an 800 number that lets a TD call and get operational support. It is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday (obviously to support trucks). The number is 877-398-7669.
