SONY DVS 8000/9000 timeline/macro

I have a show coming up on the 8000. I have used the 7000 years ago, but I know many elements have changed since then. I was wondering if someone could give me a sample timeline or Macro. I usually work on the Grass 3000/4000 and i'm hoping I won't be too lost figuring out this machine for the first time.

I'll mostly be firing animations from the EVS.
I have some great notes already, but every little bit will help!!!
