after a NV RAM clear , Frame does not boot up

Hi All,

My fellow engineer and I ran into a situation yesterday where we did a NV RAM clear and the frame did not come back up. The CPU board showed a fault on the COM activity LED status bank. Software version is v12

Has anyone else seen this problem .?
