Kalypso v14 split-mode issue

Has anyone run into this issue?

We're running v14 on all of our Kalypsos and once in a while we lose control of the PRI and SEC buttons on the M/E (just one or another, not all of them) when we have them in split mode. They still have the proper split status and key assignments, but we can't toggle between the two levels with the PRI and SEC delegation buttons. The only fix we can find is a reset of the tub.

Ideas?
