DCU Lockup

Has anyone had any problems with their DCU locking up? We have a 8000A with ver 6 software and Omneon servers running 2 channels of DDR. This is not the problem with the board locking up with the DEV 2 cue function. At first DEV 1 would not match up with DEV 2 and then we lost DEV 1 completley. In order to get DEV 1 to work we re-booted the DCU. Does anyone have any insight into this?
