SSLoader/Kalypso ? Video+Key?

Transfering graphics from a networked computer.  Some of these graphics have an alpha channel.  In the Still Store Loader pull down "format" box, it shows I can "turn on" a key signal.

I download graphic with alpha channel and upload it to Kalypso still store.  How does the still store accept an alpha channel key...or does it?  I have downloaded separate animations, one the fill and one the key and tie them together via SS1+SS2...no problem, but it would be nice to do the download only once, using the key signal option.
