Kalypso Deleting Files Issue

We were in the process of routine house-cleaning of EMEM folders when I came across a folder that will not delete "Error in deleting folder....". Others have deleted just fine. We've tried renaming folders, some will, some won't. It will rename it, but with a "(1)" after the name...and keep the original there as well. And still won't let me delete the original folder. I can copy a folder to another location, and will not let me delete the original folders. We're on a classic Kalypso Version 10.1.1 Thanks for any help
