Hello, did a show with profile machine control with a Kalypso, had a few questions.
The transition worked fine the first time around, if you try to run the effect again from the end of the timeline (without recalling the emem) the undercut was off. This is what I think was happening, thoughts?

At the top of the emem (1st keyframe) there was a load clip XX command and a cue xx:xx:xx timecode command. At the end of the timeline I had a cue command as I normally would do. Am I correct in thinking that when I ran the timeline again, it got the cue command from keyframe one and that slightly delayed the play because it was 'cueing', all while the rest of the timeline was moving forward doing the undercut.
The undercut was only off by a few frames the 2nd time around.
If this the case, is there a way around this? Afterwards was thinking maybe a 'rewind' macro or something at the end of each emem. Not sure if that literally rewinds the effect (turns keys on etc) or does it basically recall the effect again. Never used that function before.

Also is there any way to do loops or animations with active head playing to a loop, like a Lance box can do? I know there is an event list, I mean through emem recalls.

I went to do something on the profile VDR panel and it was locked out (someone left the channel in EE), how can I easily release control to make this change.

Lastly how is the best way to record new clips, go into the 'control' menu under external devices? don't remember a record button being there. Or maybe with just the downstream machine controls? Can I trim a clip as if I was using the VDR panel?

thanks sorry so long, this one is all new to me.. worked pretty cool though
