DNF Shotbox question

I want to 'clear out' some register numbers on our DNF Controller (ST420 Shotbox).

The only thing I can figure out is to save OVER a previous clip that the register is calling up, but I want to completely 'clear' it (or make it available for a new one).

Currently, all of our blank register #'s read "AVAIL." I assure you there is not a clip named "AVAIL" saved to these register #'s because when I call it up, it only plays the previous clip played, not a new one.

Any ideas?
