GVG 3000 switcher and chroma key problem

Hi all.

Using a GVG 3000 switcher. ME1 and 2 have a chroma key board installed.

The station took a lightning hit the other day and the board was down. We got a new sync board installed, which was the problem.

There is now a problem with chroma keying. We use two chroma key walls at our station, and I had two different people stand in front of the walls.

Both walls are painted chroma key green.

One person, wearing a white shirt, had his shirt key out.
The other person had the shadow behind him, which is usually black, the color green.

Any ideas what's going on?
