Ok we had a power outage and now the DNF controller will not talk to the DD-35?? Any ideas?? We checked the data output from the switcher and there is nothing..

Chris, Not sure if this is like this on every DNF product, but on our ST300 panels, when we lost power, you had to go in an reassign your PBUS address for each channel. I haven't done this in awhile, but get into the menu, and turn the shuttle knob til you get to the PBUS section. Then you just assign the # for each channel you want to control. Sorry I can't be more specific..I don't have a panel in front of me. Hope this helps. Sounds like this might have been what happened. -Curt
