Axial 3000 Won't Create New Session

When trying to create a new session, the editor will not save as a specific name, it will just create the session as sequentially numbered 'untitled' sessions.
This only just recently began happening after the hard drive crashed.

Hi Trish, Yeah, Phillip is right. Unless there is more to this problem than we know, the Axial always behaves this way. Please let us know if there is something else we are missing here and we'll help figure it out.

I work on an Axial 3000 and that's how it always works here. It starts with 'untitled#' and then you backspace thru it to re-name the session whatever you want to. This works with either starting a new session or "Wrap-up" when the Axial automatically creates a new untitled session. I thought this was SOP.
