good news to share with you regarding technical support for Accom's products.

As you may know Accom, Inc. substantially curtailed its operations to only providing technical support in the middle of June this year. This was the result of difficult business conditions. As of September 27,
2005 Accom has completely closed.

Accom had been in business for more than 16 years and had acquired Scitex Digital Video in 1998. Scitex Digital video was comprised of two well known companies, Abekas and Immix. There are thousands of products still in service throughout the world and providing ongoing technical support to Accom's loyal customers became a priority for me.

There is a new company with a familiar name called Abekas, Inc. Phil Bennett and I have formed this company to make sure that technical support for all the Accom products continues. To accomplish this,
Abekas has acquired substantially all of the assets of Accom and is now ready to serve you. In addition, we are also offering for sale two industry standard products, the Dveous/MX and the Axial/MX.
