9000 dme issue

Yo Guys.
I'm a director for the Israeli TV channel 10 news company, in our studio we have a 9000 installed with 4 dmes.
soon we're getting to air a new morning show which will have a info-sidebar cramped with information like
weather & traffic reports etc. we have no choice but "moving" the show (cameras, profiles, cg etc.) sideways using 1 of the dmes.
Since I was a TD before becoming a director and know a thing or two about mixing shows, I don't agree with our chief TD who said he must now run the show from ME2 and can't use the P/P.
I remember from my old days, using a GVG-200-2 when we wanted to use a dme on the "program", we've sent ME2 to the dme and downstreamed key the dme over it, I'm not sure how to do this on the 9000 but I'm sure there is a way.
I'd appreciate a bit of help from you experts so I can show it to my TD and maybe we can pull this off without giving up the P/P.
here is some info which might help you help me.
ME1: used for window-boxes.
key-1: dme-1 for left box.
key-2: dme-2 for right box.
key-3: f-mem 1+2 for graphics over the boxes.
key-4: unused.
ME2: used for wipers.
key-1: f-mem 7+8 for wipers.
key-2: Thunder 1, for bumpers.
key-3+4: unused.
P/P: used for main show switching.
key-1: Deko-A
key-2: Deko-B
key-3: ORAD dvg/Deko-C
key-4: Profile chroma key.
in general we want to use, say, dme 4 to "move" the program to the left, and still be able to switch the show on the P/P. if that's in your opinion possible in this configuration please advise.
be as technical as you can so I can show it to my TD and win the 250$ bet I'm having with him :-)
Thank you in advance.
