Kayak-Macro created for M/E 1 running Macro on M/E 2

Hello all. My aplogies as I have a couple of questions but will post them seperately. Iam hoping Iam just overlooking the obvious solution but am dumbfounded with this one.
I created a macro on M/E 2 that calls up an e-mem, a ram player 1 & 2 (key and fill), a couple different pauses and then a auto transition for a wipe. It works fine. I copied it over to a button next to the take button on same M/E. I then wanted to create the same macro on M/E 1. I haven't been able to figure out how to copy to another M/E so I rebuilt everything and save the e-mem then recorded a macro using the same ram rec/players, same clip etc. Ran the macro and then copied to corresponding button next to the take buttong on this M/E.
Thinking they will work independently was a mistake. Iam sure the first few times I ran them it was all okay but now I run the macro on one M/E and it runs the other. It doesn't seem to consistantly do things the same as I've also had two box effect set-up on M/E 1 and the macro on M/E 2 changes things on 1. I even deleted the macro and the copy and when I run M/E 2 macro it still lights up the button on M/E 1 the macro had been assigned to.
Iam guessing there must be a setting in some menu somewhere that is causing this? At least Iam hoping that's what's going on. One reason Iam thinking this isn't the case is that it hasn't appeared to consistantly do the same thing each time I rebuild the macros. At present I deleted the e-mem and macro for M/E 1 and running this only on 2.
Alright there it is. I appreciate any ideas you all may have! I'll make new posts for a couple other issues Iam having. Thanks!
