Hello all. FYI, I've got a 2.5 M/E Zodiak though it's only running V4 of the operating software. External to that is a GVEous MX.

My issue: I had to do a full power down of my facility last weekend. We've had to do this in the past and have not had any problems bringing the switcher back up to normal functioning. Except after this past weekend. Everything seemed fine until I started working in M/E 1, utilizing Keyers 1 & 2 through their Transform Engines. When I begin to manipulate Keyer 2, within about a minute my touchscreen display switches over to the Glow function. After another 30 seconds, I get totally kicked out of the switcher's control program on the touchscreen, ending up on the Windows desktop. Again, this only happens when I manipulate Key 2 on M/E 1. I still have functionality on the switcher...I can switch sources or add keys in M/E 2 and through the DSK. But it's one of those things that leave you feeling a little queasy when you're in the middle of a show.

I've restarted the Windows OS and done a soft reset on the switcher's control head...which really just restarts the Windows OS again. I am considering doing a power cycle of the switcher again as well.

This is a strange gremlin and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced problems like this in their travels. Thanks a bunch for your feedback.
