Kayak HD RAM Recorder

Hi!

I'm using a Kayak HD in the Studio the last days. Whenever I try to copy a recorded clip to a USB-device, all available clips get lost out of the RAM Recorder and even the copied file on the USB is unusable.
The way I've chosen is to use the the panel with its USB port and not the sidepanel software, but that doesn't work either.

The problem which made me think about creating a backup of a small loop on my USB was, that the mainframe loses the clip over night without anybody switching the machine off. Now I'm thinking about a software bug because the "USB-way" doesn't work, too. (And I really don't want to record and edit the loop every morning!!!)

Does anybody have an idea?

Hi Chris, Yes, it's me. Well it is a US Forum, and I believe it looks not so good to talk in german. So regarding you problem, I would suggest to do a Software Update to 6.9.1_5. Best regrads Jochen
