dsk priority on a sony 7000

Anybody have any ideas on changing the priority of the dsk on a 7000? thanks for any help. garett

Not the best way to do it...but I guess you could wire in some aux busses to the DSK's...and change you auxes to change priority . We did this once w/ one DSK...but no reason I don't think you couldn't do more than one DSK. Although...I think all the auxes are tied to 1 user region so that might not work. Depends on what else you are doing I guess -Curt

Sorry, I thought the 7000 would be the same as the 7250 which does have DSK Key Priority.

Dan's right - you can't change the priorities of the DSKs. DSK 1 is under DSK 2 is under DSK 3 is under DSK 4. And the keyer bone is connected to the...background bone...

It's been a while since I've been on a 7000, but I don't think you can change the priorities on the DSK's. --- Dan

While holding down the "KEY PRIOR" button, mash the "Cut" button.
