Vanishing Macro Attachments

Over the last few weeks, I've had macro attachments suddenly vanish from the buttons they were attached to on the Key 1 and Key 4 rows of P/P. Simply reloading the attachment file corrects the issue (or reattaching the macro to the button), but I'm curious if it is something that I'm doing to cause the attachment to disappear, or if anyone else has seen this? It isn't always the same attachment that is affected, either.

The only pattern that I can figure might have an impact is if I execute two macros too close to each other ... thinking that the first macro uses a menu macro (about 15 frames to execute), and maybe I'm not giving it enough time to complete before firing the next macro.

Running an 8000G with 7.11 software.

Thanks!
Yes, I have run into this problem. I found that ?inserting? a cross-point will detach macros. It only effects attached macros from the point where you inserted the cross-point to the end of the bus row.
I feel SO DUMB! Indeed, I was working with a different placement table that another TD asked me to build for him ... it moves some crosspoints (one is where I had a macro attached), and I just never connected the fact the this would happen. Thank you, Warren. Sean, to answer your question, the macro attachment would just go away, turing that button from a "Macro Only" button back to a keyer crosspoint. While the macro would still be in the switcher's "macro space", it was just detached. Now that I realize that this is a possibility, I'll be a bit more vigilant. Thanks, Matt

I would think that if the attachment disappeared completely this isn't your issue.
