CBS and NBC football replay

I think I know the answer to this, but how is CBS doing the "Freeze Cam" during a replay (and the "NBCee it" (nice name) which is the same). It looks like a wider angle camera than the game cam, but it looks like it is just blownup in a DVE. Are they using a seperate camera to take the "still". Just curious.

FOX used the same system on the Orange Bowl .... they dubbed it JUMP CAM

I figured this was done in EVS, I thought EVS has DVE options and spot shadows and such. It was kind of cool I guess, more toys.

That's their press release. It does seem to be just a camera in a DVE. The innovation is probably more in creating an interface that allows the color guy to manipulate the video in real time than in actual technology.
