Had a new one happen the other day.
On ME2, we have DSK1 as a Chroma Key, DSK2 is a DME effect, DSK 3 and 4 are also Chroma Keys
The DSK1, for some reason, will no longer work as a chroma key. Every other setting will work (luma, linear, etc.) When I go to Chroma Key, none of the handles work, and none of the options will change. Any work arounds or fixes known??

We use a 8000, 2 ME system, also using a Chroma Key on ME1, Key 1, in case theirs a limit, but I know at one time we were using six at the same time.

Did the big power down. The first time I powered up, had no video output anywhere... that was a fun few minutes.... second power down and up cleared whatever problems it seemed to be having. Thanks Bob

Try setting up a Chroma Key on any other keyer & then copy that into your keyer that's not Chroma Keying properly. If the copy works & your keyer starts Chroma Keying again, it may be a software issue...if it doesn't then it could be hardware. If it IS software, that might be solved with a reset or a re-loading of the software.
