Hi guys,

I have been reading a lot lately about the ability to program looping clips on the EVS via machine control. Is this also possible on a non "A" version of the 8000? Is it the VDCP protocol that allows looping or is the the switcher software?

Cheers
Brian

The loop command was implemented in v7. Before v7, you could talk VDCP to an EVS but all you could do was play, stop, and cue. Now with v7 and up, there is a loop command. -Allan
