I have had this happen a few times. I try to manually recall a still on the 8K's FM (page 2511), and the still does not show up in the list.
If I go to file (page 2545) I see it there.

Reloading the still does not help.

Any thoughts on how to refresh the icon list or how to fix this?

thanks

We haven't had this particular issue yet...but we have had several other FM issues. (Newly frzn/saved FM's not going to desired folder & the inability to move them TO the proper folder once saved) A FULL switcher shutdown (read power cycle) does the trick. Unfortunately, this means you have to Restore or Load FM's back into system. No External HDD yet, so that kinda sucks. (Granted, for us we have a 3-hr window b/t day & night crew). Switcher seems to go a little "wonky" every 3 mos or so. Maybe this helps, I dunno Don
Bill ... I'm not sure that this is the answer, but I saw this happen on our DVS-9000 a while back (v5.42 or so). I noticed that our FM capacity was getting close to full. After some housekeeping, the difficulty vanished. It could be a coincidence, but I thought I'd throw it out there. We've also upgraded the CPU and that panel to 7.11, and haven't come close to filling the FM since. Matt
We are on ver 7.11 and I have 25 stills left so it is near capacity
