Hi all,

I am trying to link my laptop so it can become an image server for the Kalypso still store.

I followed the few instruction that are in the V15 release notes with no success.
I know that my laptop is talking to the switcher because I can run the menu on PC.
Also, in the Still store menu, in the image manager, under server set-up, I tested the com between the SS and my laptop:
1st test: IP Address valid: Passed
2nd test: IP Address can be reached: Failed
3rd test: Image Server at IP Address avalaible: Failed

Any idea?

JP
I keep having the same issue when I run the server set-up test (2 and 3 failed)
If memory serves, I have never seen these tests result in a "Passed", even when successfully using my laptop. As long as the primary indicator is green, you should be good to go.

Hello Seth, Firewalls were off. I keep having the same issue when I run the server set-up test (2 and 3 failed) but I now can see the full path of my laptop in the image server menu and I have acces to it. JP

Check the firewall on your laptop. I have had turn mine off in order for the Image Server to work. Seth
