This is worth a listen to. Stewart Morris, the director heard on the clip was a legendary BBC LE producer/director in the seventies and eighties. Listen for the poor TD's comments in the background!

The main cause of the confusion and chaos happens when Stewart cues the revolving stage with the flags on it, but the end-credit roller operators think that they're being cued to run their rollers...

For all the yelling, he's chuckling about it right after they clear. Sounded like Chet Forte with a British accent.
