Utility wipe problem

I'm using a black and white still as a utility wipe on the Kalipso classic. The transition looks nice, but the problem is that once I transition from source A to B, as I am aproaching the end of the transition (and as B is coming to 100% opacity) I see a 1-frame flash of source A at the very end of the transition and it looks like a nasty glitch. I tried changing stills, changing still store channel, changing source on the utility bus but nothing seems to solve this. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much for your help.

I seem to remember having a similar problem. Try inverting the image (White area's become Black, and vice-versa). You might then have to reverse the wipe direction. Go it a go and let me know how you get on.
