I was curious if anyone here had seen this:

3 channels of HD or SD slo-motion recording and playback. An EVS for you local church or school?

It looks like the channels can't be cued/played back independently... That's pretty much a deal breaker right there, even for cable access/school/church-type productions. The demo video shows a hacky way to show several looks of the same play but setting it up basically involves making a playlist and having to tick some boxes with the mouse... Way too slow and cumbersome. There also appears to be a slight pause between playlist items, and it's cuts-only. Lack of a rackmount makes it no-go for any sort of mobile application. How much is an OmegaHD plus a DNF controller? You get one less channel but at least they're independent, which is far more valuable IMO. I'm curious what a church, even one of those megachurches that make me wonder why they're tax-exempt, would need an EVS-type solution for. The only thing I can think of is ISO recording of special events that you want to post-produce, but surely if recording video to HDD is all you need to do, there must be a way to do it that's cheaper per-channel since you don't need any sort of playback capabilities.
