Hey Everyone.

I have one days worth of Kayak training with a fellow TD, where he is showing me all he can about the Kayak. Its basically a Blitzkreig of training in one day.

I have worked on Kalypsos before, but never a Kayak. This is really a question for anyone who works on both or just Kayaks:

Is there anything specific that I should learn or ask to be shown? Especially stuff that is different between the 2 boards. Any tricks that i should look into, or anything that might get me caught up?

Thanks for all of the help.

It depends on what kind of show you are doing. Make sure you can assign and name crosspoints, Assign key - fill pairs, Know ALL the steps for saving an emem (Define MEMo), If you are usig DPM's make sure you understand that they are not like Kalypso Transforms, If you are using a DDR, Make sure you know how the Kayak PBus system works. Timelines are very different visually, so make sure you know what you are looking at on TL's. If you edit TL's pay attention to where your cursor is and where you think it is. They can be different. Also find out if you will be using the Side Panel or the splash panel display. Scott
