Device Control Module

Hi,

We are using the Sony 8000 HD with the device control module, and all of the devices are lit at once. The TD cannot select an individual device to control. We have tried resetting the module with no luck.

Any ideas? We don't want to reset the switcher as we are live 24/7.

I can't assure you this isn't operator error but I've tried everything I can think of.

Doesn't happen very much but when it happens, it happens.... RE
