MP-II Question / PST Color Mix

I found that if I set-up the 'sub' partition of an ME to use a PST COLOR MIX (for me, a white flash), that the keyers assigned to the sub-ME become inoperable. If I set-up a mix or wipe, the problem goes away. It also appears that the PST COLOR MIX always has a pattern limit enabled on the sub-ME ... the green bar next to the fader-bar is fully illuminated after a transition (almost like the limit could be set differently for only the PST Color Mix), but there is no pattern limit set in the menu.

Has anyone seen this before, or is there something that I might have missed in the set-up? We are running 7.22 on an 8000G.

Thanks Max, I appreciate your note ... I saw the notations in the manual. I moved on to an easy work-around...

Matt, Both issues that you describe are covered in the users manual (v720) under Multi program 2 restrictions, page 242-243.
