VDCP and Omneon

Hi everybody ,

we have a Sony MVS6000 connected via VDCP to an Omneon Mediadeck

i can see the file list but when i load a file, it loads but an error message appears . Says ERROR (FE).

the clip loads 3 o 4 seconds later but loads....

 

some ideas?

Diego ... only thing that comes to mind for me is to double-check your VDCP Constants.  Here's what I know as the settings for Omneon, based on the info that I got from our Sony Service Tech back in January (MVS Panel Version 6.13):

Maximum Open Delay: 20

Maximum Cueup Delay:  8

Play After Cueup Delay:  4

Stop Delay:  0

Still Delay:  1

Continue Delay:  1

Name Mode:  Variable Length

TC Sense:  SOM Based
