Auxes in Mvs 6000

Hi everybody,
i have 2 questions.
1) does the aux busses have XPT hold?
2) i have all my aux busses in the region user 2.
i store two snapshots with differente xpoints in aux 4 for example, obviously using user 2 for storing the snapshots. when i recall them, nothing happens.
any suggestions?
thanks!
Diego
MAtt, thank you for your reply.
happens that in the MVS6000, there is no AUX module, the auxes are controled by the key rows of an m/e. i pressed the XPT hold button and it doesnt turn on, but then i realised that it worked . so the problem was that the button does not turn on!!!
i have a question for sony experts:
i know that the MVS6000 has a maximum of 2.5 ME , physically this is true because it has 3 M/E banks, but in the setup, menu, etc etc it has 3 M/E and P/P.
my question is if we can buy the software for the extra M/E so we can have 3.5 M/E although we have only 3 banks, i can do macros to put on and off keys in m/e 3 for example without assign that m/e to a physical bank.
thank you very much,
Diego
Diego,
The MVS-6000 shares the same control panel hardware and software as the larger MVS-8000 and you will see references to ME3. From a switcher hardware standpoint, you can have two full mix effects banks which are located on a single board in the switcher frame. P/P is handled on the output board using the simple P/P software BZS-6250. The 6000 can go no larger than 2.5 ME (ME1, ME2 and P/P).
Thanks a lot for your answer.
i have another question, i have A bus on PP and B bus on PP with xpthold on. I have a macro where i change a xpt in B bus, and the bus changes.
if the xpthold button is on, why does the macro changes the bus?
thank you!
Diego

Yes, you can crosspoint hold an Aux Bus. Make sure it isn't held using the "XPT HOLD" on your Aux panel, try navigating to menu page 6321, and select "USER 2" as your region. Just take a look at the snapshot you've saved to make sure it didn't save with a crosspoint hold.
