Crashing Menu on PC

I have ran into a new oddity on the Kalypso Menu on PC.  Everytime I attempt to go to the STILL STORE Menu the Menu locks up and I have to force close.  Any thoughts?

Hey Mike, sorry I didn't clarify. It's my laptop that is crashing everytime I open the still store menu. I can connect and FTP stills that I need but if I go to the still store menu it locks up my laptop completely.

Have you considered reinstalling the menu on pc software? Maybe something got corrupted.

Can you get another PC, running the Menu on PC software, onto the switcher's network? See if that also crashes.

 

If a second PC works, then i would start looking at the touch screen computer.
