MVS 8000 FM issues (Red/Green Vertical Grid lines)

Hi.... After doing a full reboot of the switcher I now have FM issues:

- Anything that's captured displays with red/green grid lines thoughout the image, even before a freeze is taken these lines are present.

- FMs loaded off the HD or USB have the same artifacts displayed

- All thumbnails in pg2511 can be seen to have these errors

 

I've tried another reboot and no joy... Has anyone else seen this issue and if so what was the resolution?

I have seen this before.  In my case, the FM card went bad and we had to buy a new one.

- We attempted to flash the FPGA chip on the MY112 board (MKS8440A FM Card) with no joy

- A new card has been installed and software updated.. we are now operational.

Your response helped narrow the issue. Be good
