Kayenne to K-Frame Source Rules

I Just recently transfered a show from a Kayenne to K-Frame and all seemed to load fine until I saw my Source Rules assignments acting funny.  The sources were not behaving the way I set them.  I found that if I normaled and then re-assigned the rules, they would take.  Wondering if anyone else has seen this or maybe its a translation error going from a Kayenne to K-frame.

I haven't run into this problem before, but my definitions aren't all that involved, generall sticking to the ME where I'm cutting my show to create clean takes.  Perhaps the rules copied over weird?
