8000X M/E output snapshots

We've discovered a previously unknown issue with M/E output assignment via snapshot. I'm unable to consistently store and recall SUB CLEAN on M/E OUT4. Sooner or later upon snapshot recall it returns to the default, K-PVW1. I'm in Multi Program 2 and yes, Recall M/E Config is on. We reported the issue to our Sony rep and they confirmed the problem. Anyone have similar issues?

Restarting the switcher in factory and then loading your setup sometimes clears up ghost issures like that
