Hello Editsuite.com friends,

Ok, here's my dilemma...

I have a file....now I want to add on to that file with another file. I don't want to have to break time code. I just want to combine the files, but have the same timecode with the new stuff added on.

I know this is probably worded all wrong...but i hope someone understands what I'm talking about.

It's been done...I just don't know how to do it.

Help me!

If you use the vdr pannel to play your clips just drag the new clip to the bottom of your list and re-stripe your clips. The profile will play all the individual clips as one large clip. Then resave your group of clips.

Here's an update.... I actually do the combining of clips in the Media Manager program.... I think I'm close to the solution....something with the "Paste SPecial" function.
i assume you are talking about a profile? you should crash in at 'clean tape' and then re-stripe the clip so that your cues remain the same...
I figured that's the easy way to do it, I was hoping there was another way. oh well...how are things, Jonas? I assume this is TD-God Jonas E.
