We have a still graphics element layered by chroma key.
We did that in v 11.1.1 and everything is fine.
The Background Colour is out and clean.
But now we are in V 12, and we dont have the same (clean) result after doing the same thing! (just pick the colour by auto setup)
The same still is used.

And the strange thing is that we can still recall that old e-mem done by v11.1.1 and the result is still good!

any idea?

I had the same problem since we installed version 12. We do a "weather station shot" we get a lot of noise in the low light areas of the anchor in front of the green screen but the background is clean. We are now running version 14 and the problem is still there even if we do a lot of manual tweaking. We found out it helps if you ask the CCU operator to remove a bit of green in the black areas of the camera. thanks

The auto-setup algorithm values were changed in v.12 to more closely match primary/seconday hues - that may be why you're not be seeing what you used to. You most likely will have to do some tweaking.

After the Auto Setup, check if "Selectivity" has a value of zero. If so, wind it up a little. I'm not running version 12, but it wouldn't surprise me if some tiny tweaks were made to the Auto Setup function. The Auto Setup is only designed to get the hue into "ball park" figures. Some tweaking should be expected. brad
