In AD/DA coverting, Do I need to remove/add pedestal???

You shouldn't have to do anything with the pedestal when converting AD/DA. SDI was designed simply to be a digitally sampled version of component NTSC, so everything including horizontal and vertical blanking intervals and black levels remain the same between the two.
