All,

I've been playing around with the target framestore a lot the past couple days and I'm trying to figure out how to do something (though I don't think it can be done). I have a fullscreen graphic that I've shrunk back in 2d pre (1st keyframe). The 2nd keyframe turns the target framestore effect on and in the comp menu (under attributes), turns drop on. The 3rd keyframe turns drop off and throws the cutout off the screen. Each keyframe has a duration of .01 and the path is set to jump. Now I have this freeze of a shrunken back cutout on the background and I have the other 4 channels slid off the screen. What I'm trying to do is figure out a way to move the still within the target framestore without having to use one of the other channels (in theory, having a 5th channel of DVE). I know I can get a basic 2d "5th channel" through the switcher by using the internal framestore (it's a GV 4k) but I was wondering if there's a way to do it all in the DVE.

Thanks in advance,

Allan

It sounds like it is just a freeze or your still, not an extra channel.
