upgrade to ver 12.0.2

I would like to upgrade our Kalypso HD from Ver 12.0.1 to 12.0.2.

Can someone talk me through the upgrade ?
Do I need to clear NV RAM etc ?
Has anyone had problems with ver 12.0.2 ?

I had only change to .2 is some fix for Klip Cache, is this correct. Bill
