Yet another Kayak anomaly ...

We just upgraded the Kayak I'm on each week to version 6907 and I think one of us is missing something. Either it's now missing some major keyer features or I'm now missing half of my brain. See, in the old software version all fill/key coupling is performed in the INSTALL menu. It has it's own neat little "KEY" sub menu and a nice area to select a fill source and assign it's corresponding key signal, as well as any other desired ifo such as Linear, Shaped, Unshaped, etc. The NEW software version has apparently moved the key/fill assignment section to a completely different menu section, changed what a "Linear Key" is called in the Keyer menu and has somehow managed to lose the fill/key assignment features of "Linear, Shaped, Unshaped." Am I missing something here? Is that now hidden in another menu? Please someone tell me I'm not crazy ...

John

Hi John, can you check, if in the -Install - Misc - Menu the Button "Use DD Mode for ..." is deselected. Best regards Jochen
