Hey guys, been doing some research as I may be moving to another city/station and was trying to find research on TD/Director salaries, but all I find when it comes to news are salaries for anchors/reporters/news directors/photogs/editors etc... nothing for a TD or Director... Any idea where I could look up something like this?

If you subscribe to TVJobs.com, they have a salary database for any position and city. From what I have seen, the numbers are fairly accurate.

Yeah it's hard to find the numbers... Looking at a couple markets, Chicago, Miami, and Dallas... anyone in those areas?

What market are you looking at? Maybe there are some people here who work in that market that can help you out. I've looked around too for salary comparison numbers in general and there isn't much free info in terms of television TD and/or directors salary numbers that I've found. TVJobs.com may be your best bet. I know they have a salary database but you have to pay for access to it. Hope that helps... -Allan
