Has anyone come across a Frame memory lock out??? FM 7 and 8 will not allow me to pair, freeze, recall anything. FM 1-6 are fine. Checked the system manager we are not locked out. Very confused. If a user locks it out would it affect another user from recalling, freezing, pairing. etc.

We had a situation where one TD locked a pair of FM channels (5,6). The next TD came along and loaded a diff't setup. (Afterwards) in the FM menu, it didn't appear anything was locked, but the particular pair of channels that were locked on the old setup remained effectively locked on the new setup. We just re-initialized the switcher/panel and all functionality was restored. Don't know if this is anything like what's happening to you, but I hope this helps. Mike
