How do I add a Macro to an existing effect in the shotbox? Can I do that?

Actually, the way around this oversight is to loop the GPI's to make a cut and then create a timeline. It works.

[quote="tdbeth"]How do I add a Macro to an existing effect in the shotbox? You can also make an Effect part of a Macro and accomplish basically the same thing. Go to page 7324.1, scroll to the Shotbox register (left column) that you wish to use, hit "Macro Recall", find the macro in the right-hand list (or tap in the number of the macro that you wish to use) and hit "Action Set". PRESTO! You should see the name of the macro in the LCD display of the Shotbox register you assigned. Matt

Currently you cannot insert macros into effects. You can have a maro recall your effect and do whatever else you were going to add to it. Then make that shot box button a macro recall rather then shotbox recall.
