kalypso update

hi all
We have Kalypso Classic system its main frame with V11.0.(new), and other component as RT panel, Menu panel, Aux panel & still store with 9.1.5. Can I update all these units to V14.0.1? How can i do this updating??

With all of the components that you mentioned connected, just insert the software CD into the drive on the side of the menu. Then follow the instructions that come up on the menu as the CD auto-loads...the software will update all components. If your system is one of the very older systems that does not have a CD drive on the side of the menu, then you will need the external CD drive to do updates. Again, the Kalypso Update software is self-explanatory & is fairly easy to use. If you don't have a software CD, then you can go the the ftp.thomsongrassvalley.com website & download a copy of the software - unzip this and burn a CD from these files. Use that CD to do your updating.
