Hello,

Anyone hear any rumors/fact of if there will be a release of new switcher software at NAB? Rick, I think you made mention of ver 7.20 in a post I read, but am not sure.

We may be upgrading at some point soon. If there is a software update on the way...I think I would rather wait, as long as it isn't 6 months out. etc...

Only things I know for sure are: Audio capture/playback with Frame Memory Support of 2nd Frame Memory card to double capacity Macros on Timeline Macro attach "live" mode (attach without executing button) there are some more, but my contact at Sony says there may be a few changes so he doesn't want to say something then it gets pulled at the last minute. RE

Curt, We were told 7.2 would be shown at NAB. I don't remember all the goods and services that are a part of 7.2, but there were a bunch, some features, some fixes. Pretty good stuff on the way, though. Mike
