Strange FM Recalls

Hiya

Since we've upgraded to version 7.11 I've been noticing some anomalies with the Frame Memories.

Often if you save a User snapshot (we use our user buttons alongside the FMs) in the FM screen in the menu panel it will look as though the right still has been called (i.e right name right thumbnail), when in actual fact the output of the Frame memory is showing black. It is then possible to recall the still you were expecting to see manually, and it will recall problery doing this, with the thumbnail and the name remaining the same as when it was showing black.

Has anyone else had anything like this. Could it be something I am doing wrong?
Cheers
mo

Did you try resaving the snapshot after the upgrade?

I would suggest contacting Sony's service group for help RE

Hiya all We are still having problems with this here despite numerous power downs since I last posted. Anyone have anything similar?

Mo... I'm running 7.11 here, too, and haven't seen this particular hiccup. I've seen a few other oddities, though, since upgrading to 7.11, including one that makes all of the FM outputs appear to have extreme artifacting. All of the strange things that I've seen seem to go away after powering-down the whole system, which led one of our engineers to think that there is some sort of a memory leak that pops-up after a long up-time. Just a thought. Keep us posted! Matt

We're also running 7.11 and have not seen this.
