Is there a way or is there going to be a way to print in the form of a spread sheet all of the switcher's effects, macros, shotboxes, etc. All the information is already in the switcher, can it be converted into a printable spread sheet. As things fill up it becomes harder to track what and where everything is and what it does. Any insite with this idea?

Thanks for the idea Bob, I will try to contact Glenn about that information. The limitation with a screen shot is that you only see what area you have selected at that time. I was thinking the spread sheet would populate all affected areas for each shot box, macro, etc.

I do remember Glenn Hill telling me about a keyboard command that does a screen capture...it was developed for me when I was creating the electronic courses. I did not have the chance to use the keyboard command, and at this point I don't remember what the command actually is, but that may be a way to capture the information that you're looking for even if it's not in the spreadsheet form that you ask about. You may want to contact Glenn directly, or check with the Training Dept. to get the command.

Thats a very interesting idea. Might be easy to track why an effect works in one show but doesn't work in another. You could quickly go through and see what is setup differently for each.
