Don't forget to adjust your clocks and watches. Any stations still do this stuff manually? If you are flying Sunday, you get an extra hour of sleep, unless you are leaving from an area that doesn't change or you have to cross a time zone to get to the airport.

How do master control automation systems handle the fact that there are two 1:00 am hours during the changeover? Show the same programming twice?
